You all read the papers and news articles concerning bankruptcies,
securities fraud and just bad management.
This is why before investing you should check mark 4 things.
1)
Check out who you are investing with.
2)
Does your money go into a lawyers trust account before closing
3)
Is the property manager properly licensed under provincial
legislation. ( This means they are required to have trust accounts)
4)
Lastly and most important. Is a third party trustee appointed to
handle all cash distributions.

please be assured your investment is safe.
Safety of principal is the most important point of financial
success and peace of mind.
