If imitation is the better form of flattery then indeed we are flattered when other companies come out and claim our projects are theirs and say that they are us.
Why do they do it? It is obvious. We have over 60 years of combined real estate experience, and have seen it all. We have twenty five projects under management and have served our investors well. So isn't it obvious why they want to claim our projects as their own?
Here is the concern for us though. If you are fooled by their marketing and believe that they are us and buy their products, we don't want to get tainted with that brush.We are clear that when you buy from our competition that you do so knowing that they have had zero administration nor management of our projects since day one.
So what do you get when you buy from us? Experience, Management and we only market one product, commercial cash flow products only that we own and we invest in . The other guys, well what do you want to buy, Land? Mexico? BC? Housing? You get the picture. It is like they are selling fake Rolexes from their jackets on a busy Manhattan Street claiming they are us. If they were US, then they wouldn't have to claim that they are us. You need to ask yourself, why do they have to claim our record for themselves? What is it about their track record that they know isn't good enough so they have to claim our projects as their own?
For sure we have set the standard, the original. We now know how Rolex must feel. The fakers have to claim that they are real to sell product that looks like ours. Remember we don't stand behind their product. And when their deals go sideways, don't look at us, you bought from fakers, and they will not be around when you go a calling.
