PBS Brings America's Ballroom Challenge
Set your TiVo or DVR for Season Three of America's Ballroom Challenge which is scheduled to air on Wednesdays from January 30th to February 27th at 8:00pm on PBS, local WFSF. PBS's Recap of the dance styles and explanation of the contest is very informative and will help explain many questions people typically have about Ballroom and Latin dance. The series also has some great "behind the scenes" segments where you can see what goes into the training, costuming and tanning!
Dancing with the Stars Spin Off - Dance War
Someday maybe they'll be an HGTV for Dance - but for now we'll settle for what we can get! Dancing with the Stars judges and renowned choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba will put their reputations on the line as they search for America's most talented amateur performers - who can both dance and sing -- in a massive nationwide hunt. They'll create two rival teams and battle it out on the dance floor to form the ultimate performance group, on the six-week series Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann, premiering MONDAY, JANUARY 7, 2008 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. |
