Pediatric Neurology Welcomes Dr. Bunch
Dr. S. Terri Bunch has joined Drs. Joseph Casadonte, Ena Andrews and Raymond Fernandez in the practice of pediatric neurology at All Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Bunch completed her medical training at the University of Cambridge, UK and Addenbrooke’s Hospital, receiving the Clinical School Neurology Prize. Following her clinical training in the UK, Dr. Bunch completed a neurology residency at the University of Florida, where she was named Resident Teacher of the Year and then served as chief resident for adult neurology.

In addition, Dr. Bunch completed a pediatric neurology fellowship at UF and was chief resident for pediatric neurology. Before coming to ACH Dr. Bunch practiced pediatric neurology in Savannah, GA and was a clinical associate professor of pediatric neurology at Mercer University School of Medicine.

Hearts are on many people’s minds in February, including here at All Children’s, so we’d like to feature our All Children’s Pediatric Cardiology program. Gul H. Dadlani, M.D.

Dr. Dadlani is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital, Buffalo, where he received the Resident Teaching Award in three consecutive years as well as the university of Buffalo Medical School Siegal Teaching Award in Pediatrics. Dr. Dadlani completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY and twice received a Fellow Teaching Award from Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong.

Dr. Dadlani is board certified in pediatric cardiology. His special interests include heart failure, cardiomyopathies, pulmonary hypertension, fetal echocardiography and Kawasaki disease. Dr. Dadlani is the Medical Director of Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Cardiology Laboratory Director at All Children’s.

Marguerite (Peggy) M. Crawford, M.D.

Dr. Crawford received her medical degree from the Unviersity of Louisville, KY. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Virginia, where she served as chief pediatric resident. Dr. Crawford remained at University of Virginia for a fellowship in pediatric cardiology, receiving the Andy Ford Award in pediatric cardiology and a Young Investigator Award from the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery.

Dr. Crawford also was a fellow in cardiac magnetic resonance at Boston Children’s Hospital. She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Dr. Crawford’s special interests include general cardiology, echocardiography and cardiac MRI (which often can provide diagnostic information that previously could only be obtained by cardiac catheterization). She is Director of the Cardiac MRI program at All Children’s.

Michael L. Epstein, M.D.

Dr. Epstein previously directed the pediatric cardiology programs at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit for more than a decade and was chief of staff at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He also served on the faculty of the University of Florida College of Medicine, chairing the division of pediatric cardiology at Shands Medical Center.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Dr. Epstein completed a pediatric residency at the University of Arizona, Tucson, and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the University of Minnesota Hospitals. He was the principal investigator for numerous studies funded by NIH and American Heart Association. Dr. Epstein is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and also serves as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at ACH.

Gary E. Stapleton, M.D.

Dr. Stapleton is a graduate of Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School. He completed a residency in pediatrics at San Antonio Uniformed Services Pediatric Residency/Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Bas, TX and then served as staff pediatrician at Eglin Hospital, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, receiving a Meritorious Service Award.

Dr. Stapleton completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX and then remained at Baylor for a fellowship in pediatric interventional cardiology. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and is a member of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. Dr. Stgapleton’s special interests include complex congenital heart disease, interventional cardiology and adult congenital heart disease.
