As a new teacher in our district, I would like to welcome you to our Ysleta Family!

Ysleta Teachers Association (YTA) along with our state affiliate, Texas State Teachers Association (TSTA), and our national affiliate, National Education Association (NEA), would like to ensure that our profession provides "Great Public Schools for Every Child!"
As your YTA President, I represent you and our profession not only in our district, but as member on the TSTA Board of Directors as well.
You have chosen a very rewarding and fulfilling career and you are off to a great start not only by joining the "Best" district in the El Paso area, but also by joining the "Best" organization that is committed to the advancement of our profession for the benefit of our students.
Through out the school year, YTA will host various events to help in the development of your career as an educator. I encourage you to attend and ask questions.
