YTA/TSTA-One Vision, One Voice
When YISD Voted to increase health insurance costs for employees, who was there to speak out against it and for your interest?
The Ysleta Teachers Association From the El Paso Times
"Noel Candelaria, the president of the Ysleta Teachers Association, was one of two teachers who spoke against the plan.
Board President Marty Reyes
allowed Candelaria to speak only after he stood up and said that he had
requested time in an e-mail last week. She first gave him two minutes until he
protested that everyone else was allowed three minutes.
