In an effort to help solve your technical problems faster, Secura Key has updated and enhanced the Troubleshooting section on the Secura key website.

Secura Key Tech Support on our Website

We worked with our tech support team to identify the most commoSupportn issues which generate technical support calls, and we put those problems and the detailed solutions on the website.  You will find a variety of help topics and FAQs for SK-NET™, Radio Key® and our Touchcard™ products.

 

So if you need a quick answer to your technical question, and you have internet access, visit www.securakey.com, click on the Technical Support link at the bottom of the home page, and then select Troubleshooting and click on the product you are interested in, and you will see solutions for the most common problems.  If you need to talk to a live person, you can still call us, and you will receive personalized assistance from one of our knowledgeable tech support staff.

 

Also note that if you need help designing a system, just click on the

Technical Support link, and then select Designing A System and select the topic that you are interested in.
