 New Discounts on 2-Door Kits with Radio Key® Proximity
As of January 2010, Secura Key is offering larger discounts for two door Access Control Kits featuring Radio Key® Proximity readers and cards!
Many Secura Key customers have already realized huge savings by purchasing our e*Access Kits featuring e*Tag® contactless smart card technology.
Due to the continued popularity of our reliable Radio Key® proximity technology, we have decided to significantly increase the discount on our SYSKIT1 and SYSKIT2 Proximity Access Control kits. These great 2-door starter kits include our powerful SK-NETTM access control software, the SK-ACP 2-door control panel, a DC power supply, a PC serial cable, 25 RKCM02 rugged clamshell prox cards, and two proximity readers.
SYSKIT1 includes the popular RKWM mini-mullion readers, which offer wall switch reader performance in a mini-mullion-sized package. SYSKIT2 includes the RKWS wall switch readers, which offer the same read range as competing mid-sized proximity readers.
Bigger discounts on SYSKIT1 and SYSKIT2 will make Secura Key resellers more competitive, and they will encourage customers to choose Secura Key cards and readers over the competition. |

 Secura Key's Radio Key® Proximity Cards use the ATA55x7 series RFID transponder chips, made by Atmel, one of the world's leading manufacturers of microcontrollers and RFID components. The ATA55x7 chip was formerly known as the TEMIC chip, and is considered the "Swiss Army Knife" of 125 KHz Proximity chips, because it can be customized to work for many different applications.
Atmel ATA55x7 or compatible RFID chips are used by most of the leading proximity card manufacturers (including HID and Indala), they are used for logistics and component identification, and they are also used to identify pets and livestock. Secura Key's RKCM rugged clamshell prox cards have custom-designed antennas with heavier copper wire than the competition for superior read range. |

Secura Key dealers know that Radio Key® proximity readers consistently outperform the competition! Consider the RK-WM, which gets up to 6" of read range mounted on a metal doorframe, in a package no larger than a business card!
Secura Key's patented Dynascan® Technology is what makes Secura Key proximity readers outperform the competition. Dynascan® varies the reader's RF carrier frequency until it finds the exact resonant frequency of each individual card. This results in greatly increased read range, and eliminates poor performance due to normal manufacturing variations in cards. Radio Key® readers also include Autotune circuitry, which optimizes each reader to its RF environment for the best possible performance. This reduces the effect of nearby metal objects, which normally cause degradation of read range.
