A quick hello... "Hello!" and a few newsworthy morsels:
#1: Who's a WHO? You's a WHO. PaperWhimsy is hosting its first art challenge of 2010: Get Your Whimsy On. If you enjoy creating with PaperWhimsy images (and I guess you do otherwise you wouldn't bother with this newsletter) and you like making ATCs and you have a penchant for the whimsical - it's in your bones and you make no bones about it - and you're pretty sure you're a WHO, then this challenge is for you.
