Happy Twenty-Ten!

Don't you just love a new year? It's like a fresh start, a chance to turn the corner and become... I don't know... five pounds lighter with a clean house? Maybe that's being a bit optimistic but I still cling to the notion that when the clock strikes 12:00 midnight on January 1st, I have shed the old me and I'm on the brink of this fabulous new me! Hallelujah!
Yep, made the resolutions - wrote them down - and I'm happy to report that 10 days into my new me I am still a new me. I've decided that, rather than make several resolutions that I have to carry for 356 days, I'm breaking them down into 12 easy installments. January is looking pretty darned good from where I'm sitting (if I don't look out the window or open the front door and go outside).
Part of this desire for a rebirth has spilled over onto PaperWhimsy and we have a new Splash page! I say "we" because I couldn't have done it without Draw. With the twirling flower, dancing butterflies and the twinkling eye of a pretty face I think Draw has outdone himself. I hope you agree.
We're also in the process of moving our PaperWhimsy Art Group to Ning. We are still in the very early stages of decorating it and tweaking it to make it feel like home, but if you're wondering what it's all about why not drop by and say hi. You can find us at paperwhimsy.ning.com.
