I am surrounded by Faeries and Flowers with the remnants of Ike now rearing its grey and blustering head outside my studio window. All the way up here in Indiana? (I hear tell, though, that Ike will be well and truly gone by Thursday as several Whimsy pals board their planes and jump in their cars to head here for our first annual PW PJammers September Art Jam!)
I could be thinking about dusting my house or washing the dark clothes
but there are so many better things to be dreaming about on a Sunday
afternoon and believe me, that dust and those dark clothes aren't going
anywhere. So Faeries and Flowers and PJammers thoughts are filling my head and taking up all the spare bits of space in my studio.
Today's mid-month Musings is going to be short and sweet as I have several faerie orders to print and pack and lots to get ready for our Art Jam. Nevertheless, I couldn't let this Sunday go by without a quick hello and a sprinkling of whimsy.
So let us press on. And if you've already gotten dressed at least put your slippers back on for just a few as we spend some happy time dreaming about Faeries and Flowers together.

New Petites Gothique Faeries
Oh, the joy of Faeries! The bloom is not off the rose with these whimsical little sprites. I've added a few new Gothique Faeries to the collection as well as some
variations: little ones that fit quite nicely on ATC/ACEOs, and
some "Flatties": Faeries that are already put together so you just cut
them out and stick them wherever your little heart pleases. And I'm working on several more faeries that will be popping up over the course of the next several days, as well as backgrounds. It just goes on and on and on. If you haven't joined the Gothique Faerie craze (oh, yes, they've been "flying" off my printer to all ends of the globe) then you just haven't been enchanted, lately. With the hundreds of bits you can find in this collection you will be designing whimsical garb for many a happy hour.

Gothique Grunge...
Leave it to Rande to take the Gothique Faeries in a new direction. Check out her Grungy Gothiques. Bella-grunge-e-isimo! Mixing several sheet bits together and adding some paint as well as an awesome background of her own creation, Rande has made this faerie quite unique.
