All the more important then that you know who your true fans are to support, encourage and give you the positivity that you will need to keep your energy high as you journey, who share your map of the world, before the masses are attracted towards what you have to offer.
You may know instantly who these people are within your lives, if you don't you may have to 'edit your address book' in order to help sustain your enthusiasm for all you wish to achieve in life, please read on and watch the video.

Find Your Fans
By Editing Your Address Book.
In order to follow our authentic leadership we will need courage, we will have to commit to something that lies closest to our heart, that is most probably unique to who we are as individuals and what we see most needs to be changed within the world.
In order to carry out our life's purpose and follow our dreams we will need to keep our energy high and surround ourselves with people that share our vision or believe it is possible for us to achieve.
It is important to know who your keepers, leavers and deciders are within your address book. Of your family and friends who is it that truly shares your point of view, that you can talk openly to about your plans and they will support you in your efforts, encourage you and give energy to your project. These are your keepers.
When discussing an idea, project or plan for your future you need to be wary of sharing your story with those that do not share your map of the world. They maybe highly critical of what you are trying to achieve because they just don't share your view, they will quickly drain you of your energy convincing you not to even try.
This is often the case when starting up in business for yourself and discussing your plans with others that have always been fully employed. The majority won't believe change is possible, you need to surround yourself with entrepreneurs instead. You may have to leave your doubters behind for a while if not altogether whilst your plan takes shape, for these are your leavers.
As for your deciders, these are the people that you just aren't sure how they will react to your plans, all you can do is air your idea and see what their reaction is, by doing this you can soon file them into either of the other two categories.
Find your fans, establish them as keepers and if they are thin on the ground think about employing a coach, as we are your professional fans.
