So if you have ever thought about the possibilities of gaining personal or business development through Set Your Spirit Free, but have been held back from engaging for any particular reason, perhaps now is the time to give me a call to see how I might be able to help you.

If you own a company, are a managing director, CEO or other director, concerned with the overall strategy of the company, and your organisation employs between 5 and 249 people, you qualify for the scheme. The first £500 being gifted to you outright and the second being match funded by the LMAS programme.

My work naturally being done through Set Your Spirit Free helping you and your business find your purpose, vision and values, has been approved by Business Link as being a suitable service for the scheme. Support For Women
Emmy Smith

As part of my series of promoting other inspiring, authentic businesses as well as my own, I would like to introduce you to the work of Emmy Smith and what she is trying to do with Truly Me, a website solely dedicated to making women feel better about themselves. It makes me think there should be a men's site somewhere too! Here's what she has to say about her business.

"Have you noticed yet, that even the most well put-together woman who, on the outside, looks like she has everything in her life down pat, is usually hiding a confusion, pain, tiredness or insecurity that is taking the edge off her apparently perfect life? That we all, have something going on in our lives that makes us sit and sigh every so often?

I was blissfully and naively ignorant of this in my twenties, but realisation of it hit me like a train when I suffered post natal depression after the birth of both my children. As I recovered, I looked around me and saw women everywhere who had to deal with 'stuff', some major, some minor, in their private lives. And I felt for them - every single one of them.

So, I launched www.trulyme.co.uk, a place where women can read of other women's stories and hopefully put some perspective on their own situation. A place where they can chat to each other, or just offload their feelings, if they want to. But crucially too, a place where women can spoil themselves with gifts or challenging experiences - all things that will help them feel good. Whether a woman is using trulyme to talk, share, shop or experience, our job is to help her feel wonderful, to reinforce her sense of value and to remind her how amazing she is. If we can lift her spirits just a little, we are happy in the knowledge we have done a good thing."

Support For Plymouth
Better Together

Two very exciting projects are in the offing for Plymouth, for you and your business to get involved with and get enthused about. The first is the Plymouth Better Together project and the second is the new brand for Plymouth being developed.

Set Your Spirit Free has recently agreed to be a delivery partner for the Plymouth Better Together scheme, which is designed to get as many companies as possible thinking about their Corporate Social Responsibility, taking better care of their staff, community and environment. Ideals very much shared by myself.

Through the scheme I am offering to help businesses introduce a stress reduction procedure at work and consider personal issues that maybe affecting their staff performance. Both can be helped considerably through greater awareness of anyone's life purpose and an understanding of the 5 essentials of personal and business development offered through my service.

I have also signed up to the charter which any business can do. Pledging as much action as I can towards caring for fellow staff members, the wider community and the environment, through any of the four directives the scheme offers, Healthy, Wealthy, Safe & Strong and Wise.

It seems a very good scheme for Set Your Spirit Free to be involved in, as what I am attempting to do with businesses and brands in order to help them become more authentic, echoes what is being set out to be achieved through Plymouth Better Together. The second project is the development of a new brand for Plymouth. Instigated by the Plymouth City Development Company who have commissioned leading international brand consultancy Lloyd Northover to do the work, a very exciting identity looks soon to be unveiled for the city of Plymouth.

Substantial research has been put in, in order to evolve the brand for the city by interviewing as many Plymothians as possible to find out what the city means to them. The upshot being that Plymouth seems to have been underplaying its hand for many years and is a city short on confidence.

Plymouth's city development seems not too dissimilar to that of the personal and brand development I am doing with people, as what is truly needed for the whole city looks to be to coach all its residents, business or otherwise, towards a brighter, more inspiring future. It is hoped that the new brand will help to encompass this.

Set Your Spirit Free as a brand is ever evolving, and ever trying to find better ways of providing more opportunities for you to get involved with the personal and brand development products I offer.

Skype is a wonderful tool to be used with coaching, have you ever thought about being coached in your own home or office via a Skype video link, all is possible through Set Your Spirit Free. Once more Skype coaching comes in at 10% cheaper than regular face to face coaching so it is well worth considering.

However if you decide that there really is no substitute for a face to face meeting then I am pleased to announce that I now have an arrangement with OLA Chiropractic to use their Chiron Centre in Totnes. Dealing with personal development clients in search of their life's purpose. Contact me to arrange a convenient time if this of interest to you.

My website has a slightly new emphasis now too, promoting more of my business and brand development work in addition to my personal development service, why not have a read at www.setyourspiritfree.com

And if anyone would like to find out what it is like to experience personal development with Set Your Spirit Free have a look at one of my case studies that feature on the website. Penny's walk of life exercise that she did with me has set a path for her future happiness.
