Do I need a life coach?
wheeloflife

Have you ever thought do I need a life coach? Or wondered, what all this life coaching fuss is about? Then just take 5 minutes of your time. Grab a scrap of paper and a pen and answer this one question truthfully.

Think about all the elements in your life, Job, Partner, Friends, Family, Hobbies, Travel, House, Lifestyle, Purpose, Environment and ask yourself what would I score them out of 10? Now, today, at this moment?

Do they all score 10 out of 10? If not, why not? Think about what they would need to be like, or feel like for them all to score 10? Perhaps your scores are more like 9, 8, 7, 6 or even lower. The lower the scores, the more likely you are to benefit from the services of a life coach, helping you to get 10 out of 10 in more aspects of your life.

Take the answers you have given and draw a pie chart, colour in the sections of the chart to match how you score each individual element in your life using 0 as the centre of the circle, 10 as the outer limit. Start to see how smooth your journey is at the moment, what areas you need to work on, is it a bumpy ride?

This is your starting point, how do you feel about your scores and the look of your wheel? What do you want to do about it?

Greetings!

What life coaching is essentially about, is holding a space for you, to talk into, to be listened to, once a week, fortnight or month. Whatever timescale is best for you, so you can address your inner most tensions, frustrations, fears, desires and dreams in a safe and supportive environment.

Life Coaching enables you to truly connect with yourself, it puts you in touch with what you want out of life and by helping you answer various questions aids you in deciphering exactly how you are going to initiate the change you need to fulfil your true potential.

Of course a life coach can offer you a whole lot more besides just listening and questioning. Introducing you to different ways of thinking, guiding you along alternative routes to the ones you have already travelled, helping you to reach your desired destination that much more quickly and with as little amount of stress as possible.

Rather like the artist, who not only offers you a blank canvass to paint your dreams upon, but offers you the different coloured paints, mediums, brushes and substrates that you will need to complete the picture. Turning even the greyest outlook into a spectrum of possibilities.

This past month, it has been me painting the picture of what I want my future business to look like, asking you to supply me with the paints.

I have listened to your advice and thank every one of you for your input of those that cared to fill in the online survey. As a result this month you'll be receiving this edition on Friday pm as this is when the largest percentage of you seem to want it, giving you more time to read it, on delivery, over the weekend or even Monday morning depending on however early the Poets Day celebrations kick in this afternoon ;-).

Other improvements in these newsletters will include an increase in the amount of handy tips to improve your life, personally or sustainably, as well as all the usual offers associated with them, namely this month some more free taster sessions to take advantage of and a great Transformation Day to take part in.

Contact me now to find out any more about these great offers or wanting to know more about how to truly celebrate Poets Day yourself :-). Have a great weekend.

Simon.

Save CO2, Save Money
CO2

As the credit crunch takes hold and you worry about how you might be able to afford all these fantastic offers from Set Your Spirit Free, it might be useful to realise that through this new regular energy saving feature made available to you in conjunction with Set Your Planet Free you will be able to save some money for life's essentials.

I recently did an experiment, I have been forever driving around in my lovely air conditioned car as cool as a cucumber, I'd heard that driving without air conditioning could be more economic as well as doing my bit to save the environment, but how economic, I wondered? I decided to try it out.

For my 40 litre unleaded Ford Puma 1.7cc coupé I can normally get about 280 miles out of it before having to fill up again, roughly 7 miles per litre with air con full on, under normal driving conditions. With air con off that bumps up to a wapping 320 miles, an extra mile per litre. Wow, I'll be driving around in my shorts from now on :-) that is before I buy the bike of course.

Hope this helps.
