It's a brand new year and there are brand new and exciting things happening at Ready and Sold!

Due to popular demand, we are now carrying MacCase products - the fine makers of Macintosh-only cases. MacCase pioneered the Mac-only bag industry in 1999 when they launched their first case for the clam-shell iBook. Since then, they have created many new bags, binders and sleeves for Mac laptops of all sizes and colours. Their most recent line, the Premium Leather Collection, is another huge success! I am very happy to announce a great new program that is dedicated to our customers. As a Thank you to those who refer Ready and Sold to friends or colleagues, we have started a Ready and Sold Referral Program. This program rewards both the person who is referred to Ready and Sold and of course, the person who suggested us in the first place. This exciting program will change on an on-going basis to reward our customers in different ways and with different gifts. We only started the program this week and folks are already enjoying their rewards!

In an effort to provide better customer service to our American customers, we are working on more efficient distribution channels within the borders of the US. You may have already noticed that some products at ReadyandSold.com give US customers free shipping. Those items are being shipped within the US and are never delayed at the border, because they never cross it! Canadian customers need not worry either, our warehouses in Ontario and BC house everything we carry! We are working with more manufacturers right now and look forward to expanding our service in the very near future.

Lastly, I'd like to invite you to take part in our survey. Actually, it's more of a product request list than a survey. It's located on the right-hand side of every page on our site. To better serve you, this "survey" simply asks the question, what would you like us to carry for you? If there is a product or manufacturer that you would love to see offered at ReadyandSold.com, please let us know. We are here to help you and will do our best to set-up ties with the manufacturer of your choice, if they aren't already.

MacCase is here and they have already made a BIG splash at Ready and Sold! We brought MacCase on board two weeks ago now and already they're a hit. MacCase has been designing and creating bags and sleeves for Macintosh users since 1999 when they designed their first case for the clam-shell iBook. The NEW Ready and Sold Referral Program

This week, we launched the Ready and Sold Referral Program and it's a beauty!

Our new referral program not only benefits the person who did the referring in the first place, it benefits the person they referred as well. With customers from all over the globe referring ReadyandSold.com to friends, colleagues and family members, we wanted to reward them for rewarding us.

We will update the referral program on an on-going basis and keep the gifts that are given interesting and something that customers really want. Discounts, free shipping, free product add-ons and other gifts are all in the works with our new program.

Improved service to the USA

In an effort to better serve our American customers, we have been working on more shipping/delivery options in the USA.

By negotiating with manufacturers and warehouses in the US, we have several product lines that are ready-to-roll from within the US. We know it takes a lot more time for shipments to be delivered to you when the order ships from Canada. Not to mention the possible added delay of customs stopping the package at the border. The best way to avoid a long wait for an order and higher shipping costs is for us to ship your order from within the US, which we now do with many products.

Some of the products you can already receive in record time due to their US departures are; MacCase, Parliant software, Griffin Technology, Elgato, Drobo, iHome and MicroMat - to name just a handful. Look for this American flag on product description pages for the products that ship from the United States.

If you live in Canada, you don't have to worry about any extra tax or duty either. The American flag simply indicates that the product is available to be shipped from the US as well as from Canada. ALL our products are available in and ship from Canada.

We are working with other manufacturers right now and hope to be able to bring you faster delivery times and lower shipping prices on many other products very soon. Keep watching for that flag!

Ready and Sold is your store and with that in mind, we'd like to know if there are any products or manufacturers that we do not carry, that you would like us to.

If we don't carry it (or list it online), we'll do everything we can to bring it in.
