NADCA's New Website Will Put You in Direct Contact With Consumers
The value of your NADCA membership is about to increase considerably. The Association's new Website is set to launch early next week, and one of the remarkable additions is a "lead generator" tool that will make it easier for potential customers to reach NADCA members.
Under the "Member Search" option, consumers will still be able to search by location and certification -- but they will also be able to send requests for services directly to each company in their area. A message will be sent to members' inboxes when consumers are looking for HVAC system cleaning and the feature will enable a quick response time.
This lead generator will provide NADCA members with contact information of potential customers so that they may speak with them directly about offering services or providing a quote.
NADCA's lead generator is a way for NADCA members to further realize the benefits of membership. The lead generator puts member companies in contact with consumers who are educated about the HVAC system cleaning industry and eager to receive information and quotes.
NADCA's new Web site also provides easier navigation, and members will have access to pertinent information about the Association. The Website's new layout means members will have no trouble finding what they need - whether they want to find information about an exam, the Technical Seminars, or the publications for sale. |

How Does Your Business Compare?
Financial Benchmarking and the HVAC Industry
Do you want to see how your business compares your peers in the HVAC system cleaning industry? The NADCA Board of Directors is considering a proposal to conduct a financial benchmarking study for which the membership and possibly other companies in the industry would receive reports on their financial performance as compared to the averages. Financial information would be colleted through an independent third-party survey firm. As a result of this service, NADCA members would have a unique tool to help them assist their financial performance, while also gaining a better understanding of their company's finances. The service would also provide NADCA with valuable industry statistics to use in establishing the Association and members as the industry leaders, in terms of market share. This information would serve as a powerful public relations tool for NADCA to promote various facets of the industry. NADCA is considering investing in this financial benchmarking study. Before we undertake that investment, we want to find out whether you would be interested in this type of information. Please answer the survey question listed below and let us know whether you are interested in this type of information.
