"I must tell you that since my doc purchased my EVOLUTION CHAIR as requested at the Greater New York Dental Meeting 2 years ago, I have not had the displeasure of ANY visits with my orthopaedic doctor, neurologist OR....massage therapist! My patients are always in awe when they see and realize what I have been sitting on for an hour or so! Then the real selling point comes.(if I know them well enough and include the men in this!!) I always have them feel or poke my rock hard ABS!!! After all, if your core is straight and posture excellent, one is working all the right muscles!!! I have proven to many of my fellow Dental Hygienists that this is THE ONE and ONLY chair to use!
Once again,
Thank you so much for painless working days!!"

O, Canada: U.S. athletes talk about Canada
We are excited that our home city "Vancouver" has the pleasure of hosting the Olympics. Given the privilege of the occasion we thought it was a good time to share a fun interactive Olympic Video with you.
What's the capital of Canada? Can you name the head of the state? See how much (or little) American Olympians know about the north. |

Evolution Exercises
Front Bridge
Purpose:Activate core muscles.
Starting Position:Push the Evolution Chair against the wall. Place forearms on the ball and extend your legs away from the Evolution Chair so your body is in a flat bridge.

Execution: Push your chest off of the Evolution Chair and forearms so there is a 90 degree angle between your upper and lower arm. Hold for progressively increasing amounts of time starting at 15 sec.

Regression: Increase the distance between your feet to provide a wider base of support.

Progression: Narrow your feet to decrease the base of support. To progress the exercise further, try completing the exercise away from the wall to decrease stability. After progressing to a 1 minute with the Evolution Chair away from the wall, try the front bridge on a single leg for 15 seconds per leg.
