October 2008 Greetings!
October is Healthy Workplace Month, designed to introduce workplace health to organizations and to support those already on the journey. It is important that we continue to encourage each other in our quest to include healthy choices in our daily lives. "Having practiced clinical dental hygiene for the past thirteen years I have seen numerous cases of colleagues who have suffered back injuries due to poor posture. Many dental hygienists spend much of their day sitting on operator stools without effective support for their backs.
