Join a team and get walking!!
 Karen and Roxy need to raise $10,000 for a cancer charity (GIST). They are both riding from Montreal to New York in September.
A 10,000 step challenge has been designed to achieve this goal. I need you to walk
1,600km in 62 days. I suggest doing it in teams so PLEASE get all your
family and friends involved (the team does not have to work together it
just helps you to achieve the km's quickly and easly).
You will get a
pedometer, get fit, help raise money for cancer, have the opportunity
to win some great prizes, come to a great party (2 August). The party
will have live music, food, drinks, silent auctions and most
importantly the Sowelu team!!
