New this Month at Vitale -
Natural Rosehip Oil Lipbars
Beautiful
tinted natural lipsticks with organic rosehip oil, moisturize and cares
for the lips with SPF 15. The visual effect of a stain with the comfort
and sheen of a lip gloss. Perfect companion for the makeup bag when you
are on-the-go. Available in Nude, Purple, Rose & Barely Red tints.
Tip for the Month The weather is warming up and with it comes more humidity in the air. While we aren't experiencing hot and sultry days yet, remember that with the humidity, our skin requires lighter moisturisers. If you are using a rich moisturiser, be aware that you may need to change over to something lighter during the warmer months. If you think you may need a change of moisturiser, please come in and talk to us.

Sandy
Kumskov is our Holistic Counsellor at Sowelu. Sandy specializes in helping people move
through their issues quickly with the help of cutting-edge energy therapies such
as Emotional Freedom Technique.
She particularly focuses on helping women to
improve their body image, an area that causes misery to millions of women around
th e world. I'm delighted to announce that after several years of work, her
online programme, How To Love Your Body, has finally gone
live!
This
program is unique in that it not only gives you information on research into
body image, diet, and related subjects, but also uses energy therapy
interventions to find and change the limiting beliefs around body image.
The
program is delivered weekly right to your inbox, and is ongoing as long as you
want to be part of it, as an ebook and an audio, offering maximum flexibility
for learning this new information while you transform your relationship
with your body.
Regular
interviews with experts in the field, and question/answer sessions via a
teleconference or webcast are bonus features of the
program.
I invite
you to visit www.howtoloveyourbody.com to find
out more! Sandy
will also be running a six week long small group for members of Sowelu. If
you're interested in this program, please email Sandy to let her know -

Back to basics to cure ills Everyone is turning to Natural medicine!!

Australians are turning in droves to alternative therapies -
there has been a 51 per cent increase in the number of people
visiting complementary health professionals in the 10 years to
2005.
Most had consultations for arthritis (20 per cent), asthma (14
per cent) and mental or behavioural disorders (13 per cent). The
most commonly consulted professionals were chiropractors,
naturopaths and acupuncturists.
Some patients with serious health conditions, such as cancer,
made use of relaxation, diet, vitamins, positive imagery and faith
healing, the Australian Bureau of Statistics' snapshot of
social trends report says.
