Concordia University Wisconsin is a Lutheran higher education community committed to helping students develop in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and the world.

On behalf of Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW), we are pleased to provide news briefings regarding various aspects of CUW for community, foundation, and corporate friends.

Renewed by the Waters Campaign

to Raise $42 Million

The campaign is the most comprehensive facility and academic program expansion in CUW's history. There are five areas of focus: the new Concordia Center for Environmental Stewardship; the new School of Pharmacy; upgrades to athletic fields on campus; the University's endowment fund; and the Concordia Annual Fund (CAF). Each of these areas plays an intricate role in inspiring current and future CUW students to serve Christ in the Church and world.

"The Renewed by the Waters Campaign has already brought significant blessings to our campus," said Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry, President of Concordia University Wisconsin. "We are nearing the finish line and hope for continued support from individuals to help us cross that line," Dr. Ferry added.

"The CUW Board of Regents and CUW Foundation Board have demonstrated extraordinary leadership during the earlier phases of the campaign," said Duane H. Hilgendorf, senior vice president of Advancement at CUW. He added that the campaign has already generated more than $35 million in gifts.
