How about SAAC 36 at VIR?
May 27-29, 2011
Virginia International Raceway
Alton, VA
Memorial Day Weekend. And the place will be VIR. It has just about everything we want in a track so we know from the very get-go that this is going to be a terrific convention. And, as usual, there will be a few new things thrown into the mix to keep these events from becoming the same-old same-old.
SAAC-36 will be held at VIR jointly with the FORD SUPERFEST 2011, the national event hosted by SVT Owners Association and the SCMC (the SVT Cobra - Mustang Club). By combining our efforts, we will have a splendid mix of the old and the new.

British Bash, Louisville, KY or KY Motor Speedway, Club Day
June 4
These two events are just as awesome, the difficult choice is yours as they are both on the same day. The British Bash is a great gathering of British cars, Cobras included, under shady trees and a class environment. The Kentucky Speedway is a great opportunity for you to drive your car on the same track as the Nascar machines, not as fast but just as thrilling. Tough choice, either way.

Texas Cobras in Louisville
8 June 2011---Evening
We have been contacted by a small group (half dozen) of Factory Five cobra owners from Texas who, in typical Texas fashion, have organized a trip from Texas to Massachusetts to attend a Factory Five event. They will arrive in Louisville to stay in a hotel near Hurstbourne Lane and I-64. They will have driven 600 miles from Arkansas during the day. We hope to show them a bit of Kentucky hospitality and say hello. They are going to call to provide us with an expected arrival time once they know it. If you think you would like to come out and perhaps get a casual bite and spend some time chatting then send Juan an email. This is casual and impromptu. Let Juan know if you want to be made aware of the details as they develop.
