There are so many concepts regarding what wholeness represents, what it means to experience Divine Oneness. Nearly everyone seeks to feel less separate, less alone, more in tune with other people and Divinity.
Focusing your attention within rather than with out is the first step in aligning yourself with this sense of spiritual wholeness. All of the energy that comprises you emanates from one Source. Since that emanation is the substance of which you are made, you are that Source.

Question: What is the Soul Seat?
Response: The soul is the individuated expression within a physical body and personality. The concept that it occupies a "seat" stems from the connotation that the seed of light holding the blueprint of the individual "lives" within (or is connected to) a specific place in the human body. The Soul Seat is a container for the various attributes of each personality in this life. This conception of the soul's domain is sometimes referred to as the "soul seed" denoting, again, the etheric essence holding the blueprint for the individual (gifts, focus in this life).
