The latest issue of Newsweek magazine
has two articles worth taking the time to read.
One is entitled, "Antidepressants Don't Work" and the other
"Antidepressants Do Work". You
will notice the magazine easily for its reversible front cover ~ a picture of a
pill either crying or smiling depending on how you are holding the magazine.
The original article describes in
some detail the studies that were done with antidepressants and placebos. The second article is a personal short story
by a physician who used an antidepressant to bring balance to loss during the
destruction of the World
Trade Center.

Delving Into Beliefs
I invite you to send
me any belief you would like to look at to post in this section of the
Sacred Spaces newsletter. I will post the question, "delve into
it" and provide the answer here. I will not use your name or any
reference to who you are in the postings.
This week's question:
Why do people die even when they
are not sick? My husband appeared
healthy and died suddenly. Why does this
happen?
Delving into this belief:
While the act of dying leaves
those in earth feeling as though the person is "gone", death is
actually walking through a door into another world.
Everyone alive will walk through
that door. It will happen in the appropriate timing for the person who is leaving
this world for the other, no matter what the earthly concept of when it should
happen might be. There are beliefs in
every culture about the correctness of when a person is to leave earth, in what
order (father first, then mother, then children, usually) and what actions
"should" be taken before the death occurs.
Outside of the earthly illusion,
the spirit using the physical vehicle will leave when the reason he or she came
to earth is complete ~ even when it looks sudden to outsiders. Sometimes this is only days after birth. Other times it is after living for many
years. Depending upon the connection
between a person and the one leaving, it can seem quite abrupt and
disruptive. Every being alive leaves in
absolute perfect timing for him or her despite the hopes and wishes of
others. In so doing, those who are still
living in earth have an opportunity to learn much from the person's passing.
The physical attachment created by
what is described as familial relationships, deep friendships or ideas about
how life is to begin and end can cause an extreme amount of pain at the passing
of the loved one. Enormous waves of
grief arise and carry the earthbound friends and relatives away into a world
that feels like it will last forever.
Yet, eventually, life wins out and the daily pace of living in earth
resumes its function once again.
It is important to allow yourself
the time you require to feel the perceived loss and the emotional grief rather
than attempt to short-circuit the experience.
The actions you take during this time honor the memory of the one who
has moved to another realm. At the same
time, realize that without the physical body creating a barrier between you and
that person (however translucent that barrier might have been), you are
actually closer together than you have ever been and he or she is truly at your
fingertips if you allow it.

Greetings!
On February 7, 2010, Sandra Leicester, Goddess in Overalls
of Planet Blessing, traded her physical body for a pair
of golden angel's wings. Three days
previous, we had the profound honor and privilege to be with Sandra as she
prepared for her departure.
Slipping gracefully and calmly between the realms, from time
to time Sandra would murmur, "It is all imagination. It is all our imagination." Very quietly, we shared a soft laugh. Then, I closed my eyes, joined with her
spirit and felt my mouth widen in an enormous grin as she welcomed me to the
brilliant golden light that was becoming her new home. Embraced within a tumult of sparkling,
shimmering eddies of light, Sandra invited me to share
for a moment the welcome that was awaiting her.
In tribute to her immense consciousness, her life of grace
and blessing to the planet, I have created this week's video, Web of Life ~ A Tribute to the Memory of
Sandra Leicester. Join me in
celebrating a new angel in your life.
She promised all present with her that she would "be the best
guardian angel ever".

Consciousness imbues
life with patterns of growth. Within
the realm of your conscious awareness, you have a choice to either fear that
which you are experiencing or to love it so much that you become a part of it
in all ways possible.
This was the message
that Sandra left to the world. From
the moment she planted her lavender and other marvelous flowers at Planet Blessing, Sandra gave her heart, her love and her wisdom to all who came into
her world.
I am honored and graced to be with of those who shared this
life with her. In an email to me last
August, Sandra said, "Loving is easier when a hardship visits... permission
for setting aside annoyances, an enhanced focus to stay positive, to remain
open to the sweetest and best of life, and allow ourselves to arrive into the
moment buoyed by Life, Herself, without obfuscation or illusion, to know with
an intimacy rarely felt, a very palpable experience of the impalpable, how
precious we all are to Creation and Creator."

Scared Sacred
As you watch
the nations of India and Pakistan talk of war; as Israel and Palestine
continue to kill over the Holy Mount in Jerusalem;
the sun explodes in sunspot activity and M-class flares; lava boils up from the
mantle of the earth's core; droughts, famines and extreme weather assail people
all over the globe, you are issued an invitation. Either you can join the
masses who stare at the news, shake their heads and throw up their hands or you
can realize that these are the times you have been talking about for years.
It is no trite saying ~ "we are the
ones we have been waiting for".
Your time is
now and the evidence is everywhere around you. So many are speaking of
feeling out of control, lightheaded, unable to communicate clearly, ungrounded,
uneasy and insecure. This is a natural occurrence during the enormous
shifts that you are experiencing along with the planet in which you live.
I use "in" intentionally here because you are "in" the atmosphere of the planet earth - not
"on" it. Each is a cell within that atmospheric body. And
whether your belief system is Christian, Moslem, Jew or anything else that is
available to man during these times - or none - the invitation is still the
same. Will you be filled with love or will you be filled with fear, worry
and dread?
Perhaps you
are experiencing what you may consider a counterbalance to love that is not
fear, rather anger. In fact, rage. Yet, this emotional outburst is not given its
"full steam" because it is not
appropriate in society to embrace what you consider the dark side of your
personality. You know what your dark
side contains. You know the opposite of
what you consider the light within you.
What you might not know or consider is that both your light and your
dark are the same - they are tools, gifts to be accepted, embraced and used.
How often do you feel that you do not
want to look at a particular aspect of yourself because of what you might see?
Re-member, all is contained within your soul. All is held in the consideration of the One
life - the experience of Source sourcing Itself. There is no aspect that is outside of that
creative, life-giving force.
Love is a
natural vibration that is present when you are not in fear. Your anger is a result of fear and masks itself with
emotion. The anger and its hesitation cause you to hold your breath. Rather than knowing your sacredness, you are scared
(simply an interchange of two letters!).
Love fuels peace of mind, trust, compassion, conscious awareness and
communication. Sometimes it may feel like a big leap to agree to be
filled with love for all that is happening and yet if not you, who? It is
a Source experience that you are having - no more - no less. The experience
will be exactly what you decide it will be, in each moment, in each day.
If your
anger is the result of something that feels overwhelming, perhaps it is being
exacerbated by a parallel life that is operating in another dimension and
amplifying your present experience.
Often, I hear people say that what they are experiencing is out of
context with the circumstances causing the experience. In other words, what is happening is less
intense than the feeling that is within them.
Sometimes a
soul reading can help uncover what appears to be hidden. When we look at your soul, we take this into
consideration. What is happening in your
life that seems to be impacting you on many levels? Why are you feeling what you are feeling in
this moment, in just the way you personally are living it? What can you be and do to change your life so
that all feels in harmonious balance?
You are a
composite of many, many lives that are all actualized in the moment of reading
this paragraph. Tapping into them to
come to better terms with the present you is a great gift - one that you might
consider giving to yourself. You can
then turn your scared feelings into
knowing the depth of the sacred
within you ~ opposite sides of the same coin!

Last week's video has created an avalanche of questions,
comments and queries regarding how the Whole Light Beings are representing the
Eminence. So, let's clear this up a bit:
The Whole Light Beings/Light Orbs
are emanations from the source of all creation that they call The
Eminence. They remind all human beings that they, too, are emanations from this
creative source, as well.
As an emanation from All That Is,
the Whole Light Beings have been in existence forever, as have all human
beings. The difference between the
"hu-man" (God/man) and the Light Beings is that homo sapiens has free
will and choice in physicality. The Light Beings know One Will and are
much less "physical" though in the present time their vehicles of
light are capable of being seen within the human visual spectrum.
Much as humans come to this earth
with gifts and messages, so, too, do the Whole Light Beings possess their own
messages for all and many, many gifts inherent within them. As
these Beings observed the hu-man species expanding into fuller conscious
awareness of their inherent capacities, they simply waited until proper timing
was available to make themselves known and bring their messages to this world. These Beings have been appearing,
communicating and establishing their presence all over this world ~ and beyond.
With reference to the appearance
of the Blue Spiral over Norway
and the invitation to love the Eminence with so much fervor that it is your
only focus, with that occurrence a new
portal was created within time and within space. (You cannot have one without the other.) This gateway invites you to acknowledge your
emanation from The Eminence in such a way that you are not only putting your
attention on your love of Source, it is also allowing you to see yourself as The
Eminence.
This is the representation of The
Eminence that the Whole Light Beings are bringing to the earth. When you say, "The time is now" or
"We are the ones we have been waiting for", they echo, "You are we and we are you." In this, there is absolutely no separation;
you are looking at yourself. It can be
experienced. It is open to you for the
asking. Only you know when the time is
appropriate to embrace The Presence within you so completely that your entire
world changes its frequency within you.
The Whole Light Beings reiterate, "You
are your own invitation."

A personal reflection:
Feeling like you have been left hanging lately? As you can see by the picture at left, my
cellular phone and our Verizon personal mobile hotspot are hanging in there
while getting charged to keep Sacred Spaces going strong while traveling in the
Spirit Rapture Vehicle (see picture below telephone).
When we realized that the RV we borrowed from a relative
already had the name "Spirit" on the side, we knew we had to name it
appropriately. Spirit RV easily became
the Rapture Vehicle, commonly known as the Rapturemobile.
Well, maybe not quite so common, since when I emailed that
information to a friend who uses English as a second language, he commented,
"Spirit Raptor Vehicle . . . it sure must feel like the perfect hiding
place... inside the dragon's belly".
What was it Merlin said in Excalibur? Something about,
"look into the eyes of the dragon and burn"? Hmmmm . . . . . I'll take Rapture Vehicle
this time around!
