A New Year Message From
Years Gone By
Going through my past
writings, I cam across this message I sent out to the Angelic Humans discussion
list many years ago. It is still
pertinent at the beginning of this New Year:
Ahhh, a new year is upon us - another spacing of
the time sequence in the continuum of life on earth. Some people fear it; some people drink their
way through it; some people rejoice at the time set aside to begin anew. All in all, it is the greatest illusion that
is being celebrated and everyone on this planet accepts it in one way or
another.
Time, calendars, days, months, years - all
creations of a mankind inspired by something - the planets turning in the
heavens, the sun rising and the moon making its silvery way through the night's
stars; the cold and dark, the warm and light - the seasons. What do they really mean?
If you were a being from another planet and you had
freshly come to planet earth without any instruction from the commander in
chief of home base, what would you experience? You would know the turning of
the earth, the days and the nights and you would begin to mark them. You would create time sequences and spaces
within which to be awake and to sleep, time to work and time to play.
And that is exactly what has occurred on earth in
many different ways. There are many
cultures that live by a calendar that is fashioned after the rising and the
setting of the moon. The Mayan calendar
is a good example of a time sequence that is greatly different from the ancient
Roman calendar that the West still uses.
It is all in the individual mind
- how he/she counts the days.
The real experience of time is the way in which it
is spent. And that does not mean doing -
rather being and then the being becomes the doing. Time is relative. Having a good time goes by quickly. Being at a job that one doesn't care for makes
the hours stretch eternally. It is all
in the mind.
I would ask that as each of you read this message,
that you take a moment to pull yourself back from the brink of the upcoming
year and fasten yourself in the presence of this moment. It is all that you have, you know. It really doesn't make any difference what is
seen ahead. All of the goals and the
hopes for the future of one's dreams is only that - part of the dream world
when time is called into consideration.
Take this moment to feel yourself within. Are you happy? Are you at peace? Are you troubled - and if so, why? Do you feel that your life is being lived
within the frame that fills you with love and joy? If not, why are you living it in this
manner? It is only this moment that you
have, you know. You don't have any
others though you might believe that you do.
It is this practice of living in the presence of
the moment (the "Now Moment")
that gives you all of the power and energy you could possibly
desire. Where do energy and the
life-giving force exist? In this moment
- nowhere else. It is the only place you
will find it and it is all that you will ever need. People feel tired frequently, have many
maladies, need to sleep a lot - all symptoms of living in a time sequence based
on the past or the future. Now does not
contain worry, fear or doubt. It only
holds the presence of the moment in which there is only one vibration - love,
wellbeing. That which is created through
fear does not live in the presence of the moment, not if you stay within it.
So, as the world watches the turning of another
year, ask yourself how you are going to live within this moment, one moment at
a time - and then make it your daily practice - one moment and then another -
and no further. It is all that is real
and it is all that you can every desire.
It contains all of YOU and therefore, IS all of you - your Presence in
this moment.

Greetings!
It is a new year ~ another circling of the sun and what
those who live in earth often consider the moment to begin anew.
2010 is an Olympic year ~ the challenges to human endurance,
stamina, courage and creativity begun millennia ago making competition of body
and spirit officially recognized as both a participant and spectator
sport. Though the visual aspect of the
Olympics suggests prominence of bodily strength, it is the spirited courage
residing in the depths of each human being that truly meets the Olympic
challenge despite the apparent needs or requirements of physical function.
Meeting yourSelf within the Olympic year of 2010 combines
the tenacity of the heart (the etymology of "courage" is the French coeur meaning the heart), the yearning of your soul and the intrinsic tools embedded
within the DNA comprising the blueprint of your human body, your vehicle of
manifestation in this dimension at this particular moment in a particular
time/space continuum.
My intention for this 365 day cycle around the sun is to
remind, encourage and serve you in being an Olympian of the soul and spirit. I will do so by
reminding you that you are God/Source/Eminence in form; encouraging you to dissolve
the boundaries you believe create limitations while using your physical
vehicle; serving you with tools that build upon the Divine Blueprint inherent
within you.
When making the choice to live as Presence, being a
participant or a spectator is no longer an option.

The greatest limitation to living in your Presence is the
separation caused by the belief that you have been "wronged" by a
person or situation. So long as there is
a person or experience that you separate from due to your perception that it is
the cause of your pain, sorrow, grief or anger, to that extent do you separate
yourself from God/Source and, therefore, from yourself. Only through Absolution will you reach the
Absolute.
Begin 2010 with the absolution of all separation. This week's video contains the Ritual of
Absolution augmented by bringing your attention to the truth of the feelings
you are experiencing during the guided meditation.

The Initiation into The
Presence is a Solar initiation within the ancient rites. It forms a universal path of consciousness
within this solar system, then reaching out into the Cosmos. The ritual of initiation is a process by
which you find your way through the labyrinth of untruths to Your Essence and
the chamber of truth - Source/Cosmic Consciousness.

state of awareness into Divine Wisdom.

mystical and scientific standpoints, the initiation plays a very important part
in the process of your spiritual growth because it motivates and sparks the
positive development of the soul-personality while you are still individuated
as the ego-personality.
As your physical body
becomes more and more aware that it is light (which your etheric body already
knows), you merge your physical, emotional, mental, etheric bodies and the
sense of separation begins to dissolve.
Oneness becomes palpable in your life.

Delving Into Beliefs
I invite you to send me any belief you would like to look at to post in this section of the Sacred Spaces newsletter. I will post the question, "delve into it" and provide the answer here. I will not use your name or any reference to who you are in the postings.

This week's question:
"What makes a sacred place sacred? Is it because there was an event, a natural occurrence
like a large crystal, gridlines and meridians of the planet? What do
sacred places and vortices from the earth have to do with it? Why do they
affect people
so profoundly in the physical and the spiritual?"
Delving into this belief:
Excellent question and one that many people ponder yet
seldom voice. Let's take a look at it
one piece at a time:
The sacredness of any person, place or object is imbued through
the perceptions of those people interacting with it. No thing is more inherently sacred than any
other. All are sacred being comprised of Source Divinity. I do mean all since there is no thing that exists outside of Source
Consciousness.
Once a person has experienced something he or she considers
sacred at a particular spot in earth, with a crystal or other object and brings
attention to this fact, others may have similar experiences. Crystals
are physically constructed in such a manner that they easily convey light and
sound frequencies. The first radios
contained crystalline structures to amplify and send the information contained
within the radio waves. Flowing water
retains information that can be recorded and seen when frozen. The composition of vortices is such that the
electromagnetic (EM) frequencies contained therein are unique with reference to
the composition of the earth surrounding them.
So, too, gridlines or leylines within the planet. All is comprised of frequencies of electromagnetic
energy flow. When there is a uniqueness
to that wavelength, a difference is felt and/or experienced.
Depending upon your particular belief or educational
experience, you might see an EM anomaly as sacred, a geological fluctuation or
a composite of both. If you return over
and over again to the same place where your perception of life changes, you
create a habit pattern within your own brain/mind complex that responds to that
particular space. Though the initial
experience of an unusual frequency may be caused by the EM field of the person,
place or object, your repeated use of it creates an increased perception of
sanctity for you personally and for those agreeing with your perception.
The more often people visit certain places, Stonehenge for
example, while considering it a uniquely sacred spot within earth, the more it
is imbued with these frequencies. While Stonehenge could have been created as an astronomical
device originally, once those using it for that purpose no longer inhabited
earth and after the burning of any books that would correspond to the teaching
of its use, the unknown became the mysterious, then became the mystical and so
it goes.
Use what works for you.
It is not important to have others agree with your personal experience
with any place or object. Some of the
most obtuse locations/devices/creations are the most sacred to certain people
due to their repeated use of them. By
intention do you create; by attention to the creation do you nurture and
amplify its properties.

A personal reflection:
We are traveling and, at
present, are in a mining camp in the middle of the desert some 80 miles outside
of Phoenix, AZ.
We have traded the wet and mud of the Pacific
Northwest for the wind and dust of the desert. The people enjoying this site are grounded
seekers of the earth's treasures. They
have many stories to tell of their diggings and finds. Relatively, they are happy with the dirt
under their fingernails, swapping tales of fortunes won and lost.
I see their souls and
marvel at the ancient wisdom with no need to make itself known to its neighbor.
It is enough that someone has "seen color" (found gold). Sharing in the common joy is sufficient for
the day's pleasure. It is community,
family to those who call this particular lifestyle 'home".
And, so, I am humbled
(once again) by being among these "God-fearin" folks, grizzle-bearded
men and bread-baking/poker playing women.
Last night I stood at a campfire using my cell phone to explain The
Presence to a young man while all around me conversation ensued about the wealth of the
earth. Today, I sit in my portable
office typing this newsletter looking out at an array of ghost town buildings,
campers, trailers and tents housing the gold-seekers.
If all is sacred (and it is), then every flake of earthly
gold carries the signature of its Presence within the pocket of the miner
gleefully tucking it away. I see the
Golden Light of The Presence housed within a bucket, a shovel and a gold pan
being wielded or carried by an Emanation of Source Consciousness. Sitting in an automated wheelchair, the eyes
of an old-time war veteran turned spectator miner sees into my soul as he
reflects his own back to me - a seated Master on wheels, weeks worth of dust
clinging to his jeans, no pretense, desire or need. He graces me with mutual acknowledgement.
