Greetings!
It is only a few days before the celebration of the holidays begins in earnest though I know that we and many others have been taking part in a variety of pre-celebration festivities.
I am sending you each the deepest appreciation for sharing with me this time and space in the very real illusion of these dimensions. My heart is joined with yours in the all-encompassing love of the Beloved Within.
I know that every one of you reading these words lives your life to the very best of your ability in each moment. Let 2010 enhance that ability revealing to you the profundity of these words: You are infinite and boundless. You are All.

I was
talking about the Blue Spiral movie with Sandra of Planet Blessing and also about writings I had done some time ago. These missives addressed feelings within the experience known as the
"dark night of the soul".
Sandra told me that the most helpful space for her to place her
attention when life is wheeling and dealing its various experiences is upon the
music that she very frequently hears in her mind. It is her place of peace and well-being.  When I sent her my written pieces, she returned
the favor by sending me a poem she had written after spending a particularly
beautiful afternoon in her gorgeous lavender garden. The name of the poem is Hope so it was
especially pertinent to the subject we had been discussing.
When I opened Sandra's attachment - the
poem of Hope - I found musical notes within a Word document in a font I
do not possess in my computer. I sat
staring at the notes with astonishment and then highlighted the text, changing the
notes to an Arial font. The poem
appeared. I captured the experience for
this movie.

As an Emanation of the Eminence, The Presence is
your natural birthright. The earthly

hold upon you and your choices are made within the Essence of the
Eminence. Your acceptance of The
Presence elevates your consciousness above the currents of the forces of the
mass consciousness into the divinity of the Self. Begin 2010 living in consciousness of the Self,
the Essence of God, the Absolute of You.

Delving Into Beliefs
I invite you to send me any belief you would like to look at to post in this section of the Sacred Spaces newsletter. I will post the question, "delve into it" and provide the answer here. I will not use your name or any reference to who you are in the postings.

This week's question:
"I am close to Source-Prime Creator in a very intimate way. The difficulty in loving so much (humans and Creator): It poses an issue in handling energy in motion that I have - stress to my body
with empathy.
"I feel pain of others right in my heart or solar plexus. After meditation and
dance, the emotion leaves. I just have surprising events and no time to
ground. Basically, I require some form of training to guard my energy field so I can
release the pain that enters so fast and is not mine."
Delving into this belief:
The emotional feelings this person is expressing reverberate through out the "spiritual" community.
It is important to remember that if you love the Creator non-judgmentally (unconditionally) then you will also love humans non-judgmentally (unconditionally). This means that there is no judgment upon what they are experiencing unless you happen to be holding the same frequency. Then, you will judge them because it will become uncomfortable for you to feel what you are calling "their" energy since it is, truly, your own.
Energy only resonates with a wavelength that is like itself. Otherwise, it simply "bounces" off. Grounding is a very good idea though it is equally important to know that you are grounding for yourself, not to protect yourself from someone else. The meditation and dance that appears to be relieving your feelings is simply shifting your attention away from what you believe you are experiencing and putting it on a more desirable activity. Dancing will "shake up" your energy and meditation will shift your focus yet neither will hold if you allow yourself to go back to the same vibration that caused the initial disturbance.
No one can impact you or create an emotional impact within you unless you give them permission to do so. Releasing the pain that you are experiencing will come through absolving the "right or wrongness" of what you believe you are experiencing. Then, your love for the Creator and humans is absolute and you no longer see yourself as a "victim through empathy" of others' pain and emotion.
Only through Absolution will you reach the Absolute. To the degree that you do not absolve any person, place or thing (including emotion) and allow yourself to experience it as part of you, to that degree do you separate yourself from the Creator.

A personal reflection:
This week's movie was such a marvelous creation for me. My 62 years of earth life have been lived in such a dimensionless frame of reference and I am always on the look-out for ways to experientially show you what some of my experiences have been. Thank you, Sandra, for joining me in this priceless adventure.
I am merging with you in the Oneness of our mutual intention for love, joy, peace and harmony to be the lifeblood of the people of planet earth. The year 2010 promises to awaken in the hearts of mankind the awareness that there is only one and no thing else.
Set your sights high - very high - infinitely higher than you ever have before. You are God - no less. Let that be your mantra for this new year before us.
