Greetings!
You can almost hear and feel the hush that is in the air as 2009 presses to close itself, albeit not so quietly, and the emerging birth of 2010 slides gracefully out of time's birth canal.
The Light Orbs have anticipated questions, wonders and a bit of the uncertainty that any new birthing brings. With the grace of ushering in the initiation into The Presence comes the "now what" perpetually contributed by the human mind. The Orbs of Light's forethought brings the answer.
How deLightful it is to listen to the words of these prescient beings who not only love you, they also proclaim, "We are You!" Face to face, here we are - together as One.

This is the stuff of alchemy. It is taking your mind/brain composite which is very concerned with who you are, how you represent yourself and how you affect others and changing it into the empathy that once only resided within your heart. It is taking your heart that actualizes your cosmic love and refining its focus to express your Presence so it no longer matters who you are, how you represent yourself and how you affect others.
This is the activation of your Light Body, the sun of you that is seen in shadow because you stand between it and the light within you.

The Essence of Your Light Body
While there is a great deal of spiritual connotation connected with the "light body", from a scientific and practical viewpoint, it is the "material" of you incorporating your essence.Why? Because all of the "bodies" that make up the composite "you" are made up of photons. If you are incarnated within this dimension (and we'll presume that if you are reading this page that you are using a body in planet earth), you are a "light" body.Then, why the emphasis on "activating your light body"? Most religious/spiritual belief systems contain some reference to a subtle body containing the essence of your spirit. Many people who travel in their astral bodies believe that they are separating this subtle body from the physical. (If this were true, the traveler would no longer have a physical body to return to because the separation would sever its connection and cause the demise of the physical.)The "light/subtle/sacred body" is the matrix/blueprint for this physical body. Both are (at a subatomic level) composed of photons = light = information.Connected to your physical instrument through the mind/brain complex, the heart and the neural circuitry, this information manifests as the ego personality, compassion and love. Within Western thought, the mind/brain is responsible for the individuated ego personality and the heart carries on the expression of compassion and love.Becoming aware of your Light Body as the essence of you creates a hitherto unknown exchange between the mind and the heart. The brain/mind conduit begins to view individual exchange from a construct of love and compassion. The heart embraces expressing its empathic circuitry through the ego personality. The Presence of your Essence, when actuated within your consciousness, redefines your perception. Rather than experiencing the physical as the separation of form, life becomes an intimate dance within molecules of light. This is your essence and, while personal to you as your sacred matrix, it is shared with all life - every where and eternally.

Delving Into Beliefs
I invite you to send me any belief you would like to look at to post in this section of the Sacred Spaces newsletter. I will post the question, "delve into it" and provide the answer here. I will not use your name or any reference to who you are in the postings.
This week's question: I want so badly to live my life to the fullest but always hold myself back
for some reason. I sit with the answer why? and there is no reply, or the answer
becomes so clear but the fear of moving forward becomes louder than the
answer and all that is heard is defeat, and I go nowhere. What to do? I feel
stuck and trapped. Delving into this belief:
Let's begin by realizing that at this moment, in whatever way you are living, you ARE living your life to the fullest - as full as you can permit in this moment. Once you realize this, it will seem a much smaller step to begin to live life differently - whether it feels fuller, emptier, bigger or smaller. All of these words are comparisons that the mind makes to keep you believing you are unhappy i.e. separate and thus, not aware of your Godliness.
Where would you go if you were "going nowhere"? The question you have posed is very nebulous in what you believe you are to do, where you are to go and/or how you are to behave so that you feel you are full. The trap you are stuck in (or you believe you are stuck in) is believing that you are stuck. Until you define what you "believe" you want, there isn't even a reason to believe you are stuck!
Nothing could be further from the truth. The truth is - you are exactly where you are; you are constantly in a state of expansion because life is constantly moving in every direction possible and the fear that you believe you feel is your ego identity chuckling to itself, "Got 'er now! Actually believes she can't move!"
Know that there is no "forward" in which to journey. There is only experience and expansion. To change your belief, choose something that you are afraid to be/do. Then be/do it and watch the outcome - nothing happened - except you proved to yourself that you are not stuck.
This week's video talks about just this belief. It is the fear of knowing yourself in all aspects of you because then there would be nothing to hide from and you would have no choice except to stop seeking! What a thought!

A personal reflection:
Sometimes I simply sit and stare out the window (yes, even when I am composing the weekly newsletter) and I let myself drift into all of the spaces inside myself - letting myself feel what Source is experiencing in this body.
It is in these moments that I realize that It loves Itself SO MUCH - with all That It Is and, therefore, that is what I am feeling. Source is sourcing Itself through me. I am living a seemingly series of events that will never, ever end and every single moment of each one is Source loving Itself. I am loving me!
This brings me to such a state of bliss feeling me loving myself, loving you, touching you with no miles between us - all of us laughing at this marvelous, audacious adventure that I am creating, you are creating, we are creating, It is creating. What a party!
