Here are a few messages regarding Senior Grad '09....
1. Grad Night Information Meeting
Jan. 29 at 7pm in the AHS Cafeteria.
We hope that at least one parent from every Senior will be able to attend. We need everyone's help to make this night a night our Seniors will never forget! We will introduce our committee chairs, unveil our theme and give everyone the opportunity to sign up to help! We'll have permission slips available for you sign and the opportunity to pay for grad night if you haven't already done so. Our committee chairs will have sign up sheets for donations and time slots to work on grad night. We still have a couple committees that need a chair, so if you are interested, please let us know. We need everyone's help - big or small. We hope to see everyone there. 2. We now have a website set up for Senior Grad '09. The site is:

We will be updating the site regularly so be sure to visit it on a regular basis as well.

3. Payments for Grad Night
There are still several families who have not paid for Grad Night 2009. The cost is $182. If you have not paid, please contact Michele Poloka at camarofamily@comcast.net to find out where to send your check - ASAP!
4. Time to get in your students photos for the Slide Show on Grad Night!!The slideshow will be shown at the end of grad night and we hope for 100% participation. Please submit all Digital photos by April 17.
3 photos per student - Please, no senior portraits - High school pictures only, senior year preferred.
*you can scan photos at Kinko's if you don't have digital photos.
You will receive a confirmation once I have downloaded the pictures
Senior Ball: We will get pictures from photographers at the ball - these will be separate from the 3 per student limit.
