World Laughter Day - May 6 (Sun)
I love to laugh. People may call me silly, but that's okay. For me, laughter helps release a lot of tension and helps lighten the load of my more serious thoughts. It also keeps me real and grounded and when a good belly laugh emerges - you know - the kind that hurts your abs and tears run down your face, there is nothing better!!! Having a sense of humor goes a long long way and it's a perfect natural form of medicine for the body, mind and spirit.
I enjoy leading Laughter Yoga classes with a group as it is amazingly fun and can turn a bad day completely around. Truly an inner body workout that lifts your spirit!!
I would recommend laughing daily and if you find a local laughter group or club near where you live or work, do it!! You won't regret it.
