We are pleased to report that Governor Rick Scott and the Florida Legislature, through its Legislative Budget Commission (LBC), restored our budget to levels sufficient to allow us to return to normal hours and restore services to the courts and the public.

Effective September 4, 2012, our hours will return to the normal work day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Until then, our hours will remain from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We understand our shortened hours caused hardships for some and appreciate your understanding as we attempted to deal with this budget shortfall. As public servants we recognize we have important constituencies to serve. The LBC vote allows us to once again be able to serve the courts, people and businesses of our community at the level they have a right to expect.
