Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to Howell E-News!  This system will be a valuable resource in receiving communications regarding upcoming events, and other important school and district-wide information.

On May 8th, the PTA will meet in the cafeteria beginning at 7:00pm. This is the last evening to register to vote for our upcoming school budget. (Change in date from the school calendar)

On May 14th, we will be holding our district Wellness Night for all students and their families.  The schedule is as follows:

K-3                  -           6:30-7:30 PM

Grades 4-6       -           7:45-9:00 PM

On May 15th, community members have the opportunity to vote for the school district budget from 6:00am - 9:00pm.  Additionally, our Junior Concert will begin at 7:00 pm. Students, accompanied by their parents, will have the opportunity to vote in our Democracy in Action program.  The three options they will vote on are: No Homework Day, Extra Recess Day, and Mystery Teacher Day.

On May 18th, all community members are invited to the grand opening of the Howell Reading Garden beginning at 9:45am.

Please be sure to check the district website and school calendar for upcoming events and activities.  If you know anyone who has not signed up for the Parent Portal or would like to receive E-News, please ask them to visit the district website to enroll.
