Dear Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen Families,
The Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen Board of Education has decided to provide Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen parents and guardians an opportunity to participate in a standardized survey which can identify areas of strength and need within the district.
The District will be administering a parent/guardian survey developed by The National Center for School Leadership beginning April 17 through April 27, 2012. All District families will be given the opportunity to participate.
The survey is online and we hope you all choose to participate by using the link on this page. The survey consists of approximately 60 questions and will take about 10-20 minutes to complete. Please be assured that your responses are both anonymous and secure.
Your opinion is important to us as we plan for the future. Please take the time to complete the survey.
