I've used the same format to share stats for a year now, and feel it's time for something completely different. Plus, a number of you have been asking me for market trend info (ask and ye shall receive!)
The two reports below show trends in average sale price, inventory (active listings), and units sold - by City and by housing type (detached or attached, aka apartments & townhomes). They also show inventory & sales by price band and by sub-areas within each City. Buyers want to know what areas have lots of inventory to choose from, and sellers are keen to know which areas are hot spots where listings sell, and sell fast.
