The April stats packages from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board are available on my website at How's the Market?
REBGV reported that April home sales and listing activity maintained a consistent pace, which means balanced conditions for sellers and buyers. The FVREB reported that while April sales were slower than last year, there were more new listings. This kept prices in check which is good news for buyers
