Hi everyone,
As you can see, I've decided to 'renovate' the look of my newsletter, with a little help (thanks Emily!). I hope you like the changes. The content is similar to that in earlier issues, but if you have ideas to make it even better, let me know. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome - keep them coming!
It's great to see that summer has FINALLY arrived! As you know, I like to highlight something seasonal in each issue. So I googled "July activities Vancouver" and guess what the first event to pop us was: the Canadian Cheese Rolling Festival July 23rd at Blackcomb! Too funny! If that's too cheesy for you, here's the Tourism Vancouver site with lots of alternatives.

Many thanks to those of you who have introduced me to your friends, family or colleagues who could use my services or just have questions about the market. I really do appreciate your thoughtfulness!
Enjoy the sunshine whenever it appears. According to the 14 day trend on The Weather Network, there are some good days ahead as well as some not-so-good days.
Keep smiling - it's sunny somewhere out there!
