- After nearly four years of faithful and diligent service Carol Hopkins has stepped down from the role as Coordinator of WellSpring Church's involvement with Loaves and Fishes. We are thankful for the work, dependability, and the care that Carol gave to this outreach as she has been personally invested from the beginning of WellSpring Church's relationship with Loaves and Fishes. Many of us have had the opportunity to meet new people, and to see the needs of the homeless and poor in Springfield up close because of this involvement. WellSpring Church is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2011 and Thursday, July 7,2011 and we need help in coordinating meals and servers on both of those dates. Anyone desiring to help coordinate meals for these days please email Aggie Sterlacci patsterlacci45@comcast.net. Again, we say, "Thank You!" to Carol.
- WellSpring Church has committed to remodeling two resident rooms at the Springfield Rescue Mission. This remodeling work entails sheetrock, painting and laying a new floor. Anyone with desire, interest, tools, skills in sheetrock, painting and vinyl floors should contact Manny Deida at mdeida@msn.com for information and schedule.

Soup Lunch following the Morning Worship Service. Our special guest at lunch will be John Hayward who has served as a missionary with Arab World Missions in Lyons, France for over 20 years. John brings first hand knowledge of Islam, The Arab world and current events in the Middle East. We will have an opportunity to talk to John and ask questions about his ministry.

Wellspring Church Elders present and recent will be meeting for a conversation of understanding and reconciliation. The Elders will be reading from Paul David Tripp's excellent book on communication in the body of Christ, War Of Words, prior to the meeting. The Elders also ask for prayer for God to bring clarity, humility, discernment and oneness to the May 9 conversation and any that will follow. Anyone interested in War of Words can find a copy on the BookTable.
