Until such time that the federal tax code is abolished and rewritten in its entirety, we are collectively stuck dealing with annual updates and revisions which form the basis for how much we owe Uncle Sam each year. Armstrong, Court of Appeals of Maryland, No.93, September Term, 2007.  2. Greenstein, et al v. Mary Beth Tung

Having recently passed the Maryland Bar,  Mary Beth Tung is now a full-fledged DARS Attorney. She has been a Registered Patent Agent for 10 years, 3 of them at DARS, where she manages intellectual property matters and the filing and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.   Mary enjoys public policy and has run for public office twice in Howard County.  She is an active volunteer with her son's Boy Scout Troop.  Click here to read Mary's complete bio.
