Dear Culture Club 101 Members and Friends,
We want to give a big "thank you" to all of the members of CC101 for contributing to the creation of a great culinary club! Our club now has over 200 members and a newsletter database of over 900! As a result of our increasing growth, and our propensity to "run out" of your favorite products, we realized that we need more concentrated time with our more than 50 volunteer interns to satisfy the demand without losing integrity.
We are all committed to the highest quality ingredients and care in making delicious, nutrient-dense artisan foods, ingredients and supplies. To accomplish this, we will need more days for production time with our volunteers.
New club days and hours will start the week of October 15th:Wednesday: 12pm - 9pm & Saturday: 10am - 6pm October is Non-GMO Month, so this month at Food & Film Night we'll be showing Scientists Under Attack, a German documentary exposing the control (and supression) of scientific research surrounding genetically-engineered food. And remember... It's all about the food!-Elaina |
