Learn to make your own raw yogurt!
Thursday, September 15 at 7 p.m. (next week!)

Learn from Culture Club's Monica Ford how to use a "mother" starter culture to make healthy, delicious yogurt right at home ... week after week. Unlike store-bought yogurts, yours will be fully "alive" with beneficial bacteria.

Monica will be using a mother (starter) culture brought back (Okay ... smuggled in a cold cream jar!) from Poland, and you'll go home with your own portion (no smuggling required).   [LEARN MORE]

Did you know?

Mango fruits were first imported to the US in the 1700s.  In order to get them here they had to be fermented. We have fermented mangoes and a wonderful mango lassi drink in now!
