After
much prayer and careful consideration, the
Board of Directors
and Staff at Hope Family Ministries (HFM) decided to postpone the 2011 Hope Family Ministries 3rd Annual Charity Golf Classic.
The tournament that was slated for May 27, 2011 is tentatively slated to tee off in May, 2012.
The primary factor that led to our decision is that Hope Family Ministries is committed to our community and the people seeking counseling services. Recently, a similar service in our area closed its doors leaving behind many people that may be without help if we turned them away. Due to the demand for our counseling services at Hope Family Ministries, our Staff and volunteers will solely focus on our mission to provide confidential, Biblical, pastoral counseling to individuals, couples, and families in North Mississippi and surrounding areas. We want the golf classic to continue to be an event that you look forward to every year. Therefore, we need adequate time and resources to prepare a golf tournament unique to you and our sponsors. For our supporters, sponsors, contributors, and volunteers...we appreciate each and every one of you!
