Question from Wendy: If I'm not getting sore after my workouts does it mean that I need to increase my weights or work harder? Although it could mean that you need to step it up some... it's not necessary to get sore in order to mean that you had a good workout. You can still have awesome workouts and not get sore. Ideally you want to go by how you feel during and after your workout to determine if you are working hard enough.

Sue's Request: She wanted to know what the best calf exercise was. I think there are lots of great calf exercises, but in this video I share my two favorites... plyos and single leg calf raises plus a secret that I learned from a guy with some of the Best calves in the business back in the 90's.

Great Leg Press ONLY Leg Workout!
You may have also seen this one on my facebook, but again, if you haven't, it's a very good leg workout done just on the leg press machine. This workout will target quads, hams, inner thighs, glutes, and calves! Lots of bang for your buck on the leg press without even getting off your butt... lol.
