Pump Your Arms fast with this 20 minute ARM BLAST!!! This workout will get you pumped and will help you build some tight, sexy arms.
Close Push Ups---> 15 reps (Modify this by dropping to your knees)
Bar Curls------> 25 lbs. x 15 reps
1 Arm DB Ext.----> 10 lbs. x 15 reps each arm
Alt. DB Curls----> 12 lbs. x 30 reps total (15 reps each side)
Bench Dips-----> 25 reps (Modify this by putting both feet on the ground)
Hammer Curls----> 12 lbs. x 10 reps
Walkie Planks----> 10 reps (Modify this by dropping to your knees)
GOAL: How many rounds can you complete in 20 minutes?
