Hi,

 

 

 

I just added to the Blog... my NO MORE EXCUSES... 3 Minute Workout Series that I made in 2009.

 

This series can be used in a couple different ways, and if you watch all the videos, it will explain that.

 

I originally made this series for someone who had very little time to workout each day and needed it to be with very little workout equipment. All you need for these workouts are your own body, some dumbbells, and Gymboss timer (optional, but does make it easier)

 

If you are a beginner...
You can start with each 3 minute workout being your workout for that day. There are 6 workouts in this series, so you would have 6 workouts for the week, with 1 day Off for Rest. Example: Monday would be your Day 1 workout, Tuesday would be your Day 2 workout, Wednesday would be your Day 3 workout, etc.

 

If you are intermediate or advanced...
You can do all 6 workouts in 1 day for a total body "kick butt" workout lasting about 25-30 minutes. Each workout is 3 minutes x 6 workouts= 18 minutes, but then you'll have about a 1-2 minute rest in between each workout. When using the series this way, you would do this workout about every third day.

 

Make sure you watch all of the videos so you will know how to keep them challenging for you as you get stronger.
