Hello from InSight! We hope you enjoy our March issue and hope to see you at some of our events!
The Call-To-Action For Education

I've been wanting to write about education for some time now and never know just what to write as the subject and the issues are just so big.  It finally came to me to simply write straight from the heart.  I want to share with you what I hope to do professionally and personally to help education and ask you to think about your own call-to-action.

1. I will commit to my own learning, development and education for the the rest of my life.

2. I want to help United Way in their support of education reform starting with assisting and helping to facilitate some community conversations around "Waiting for Superman" (see event registration information below).

3. I aspire to instill the importance of education in my children from a very early age and ensure they have access to quality public education.

4. Whether I'm ever aware of it or not, I hope to inspire a young person to be the best they can be in this world and to never give up on their dreams.

5. I plan to serve Administrators, Principals and Teachers doing the hard work of educating our children through executive coaching and leadership development (see information on the REACH conference below).

6. I want to continue to facilitate education-related teams and organizations in making important decisions, solving urgent problems and creating sustainable change.

7. I desire to transition my ski school instruction to teaching disadvantaged youth and help them experience the power of nature and the incredible things that can come from this fascinating snow sport.

8. I wish to inspire others to find their small or large initiative to get involved in to help ensure our education system rises to one of the best in the world.

What is your call-to-action to improve education in your community?
