Community Impact Collecting Items for Haiti on Saturday
 As part of this Saturday's Community Impact event, we are creating Haiti Survival Kits and will be sending them to Christianville, where our missionaries, Ryan and Teresa Price serve. These kits will be used as an outreach tool to offer hope and encouragement to the Haitian people living near Christianville, in Gressier, Haiti. New Journey Classes Begin Next Wednesday
 A new series of Journey Classes are scheduled to begin next Wednesday, March 10. Journey Classes are short, information packed classes designed to assist you in your journey with Christ.  101: Discovering Community
In this class Pastor Scott Eynon will share with you our beliefs and the structure, strategy and vision of Community. You will also learn what is involved in becoming a member of Community Christian Church.
201: Discovering My Spiritual Growth
This class is designed to encourage spiritual growth in every believer. We will focus on the basic habits every Christian needs to practice in order to grow to spiritual maturity. These habits include time with God's Word, prayer, worship and fellowship. Taught by Associate Pastor Bill Davis. Register online
301: Discovering My Spiritual Gifts
Putting the right people...in the right place...for the right reason. This class will help you discover and understand your spiritual gifts in order to use them in a way that you find fulfilling. This class is designed to teach, equip and place growing Christians into meaningful areas of service where they are excited and effective. Register online

Next Starting Point Luncheon is this Sunday, March 7
Starting Point is a complimentary catered luncheon for those new to Community. At Starting Point you will meet the ministry staff and other new attenders. Space is still available at the next luncheon this Sunday, March 7 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Lunch and childcare are provided for children birth - 5th grade, if pre-registered. Acts of Kindness Cards Now Available
 Our December churchwide initiative, Give Christmas Away, encouraged us to show the love of God to others by performing unexpected acts of kindness. The telling of Give Christmas Away stories has helped to motivate us as our church continues to show God's love in some unique and exciting ways. On Sunday, February 28 we distributed the newly available Acts of Kindness cards that can be given to those for whom we perform an act of kindness in the name of Jesus. Acts of Kindness cards can be picked up this Sunday at the Welcome Center, Oasis Resources or at Connecting Point. After showing God's love through an act of kindness, send an email to actsofkindness@communitycc.com to tell us your story - tell us what you did, the response of those to whom you gave, and how you were blessed as a result.
