"The Philippines: Preserving a Culture of Life" is a story of the struggle for faith and family against the destructive Reproductive Health (RH) Bill being considered in the Philippine Congress. Human Life International sent our film crew to the Philippines to document first-hand accounts of the battle for the culture of life against the RH Bill. After many failed attempts, the peddlers of the culture of death are now closer than ever to passing the RH Bill, and fundamentally changing the Philippines forever.
