Tax Day Rally Was A Huge Success!

We would like to thank all our supporters who took the time to come out and show their support at the 2nd Annual Tax Day Rally.  We were thrilled by your support.  Many of you started lining Menaul Boulevard shortly after 2:00 pm even though the official start time was 4:00 pm.  According to one local media outlet, by 4:30 pm there was an estimate of 4,500 supporters lining Menaul, from San Pedro to Wyoming.

By 5:30 pm, as people were arriving after work, the numbers swelled.  In order to get as accurate a count as possible, our "Dot Patrol" volunteers walked up and down through the crowds during the entire rally hours placing round stickers on supporters.  As you can imagine, with people coming onto the streets at a constant pace, we could not place stickers on everyone.  Also, we could not count the many supporters who drove up and down Menaul waving flags, honking their horns and holding signs.  By the end of the night, the Albuquerque Tea Party passed out a total of 9,028 stickers!  Based on the number of stickers passed out, and trying to include those who did not receive stickers, both on the street and in cars, we believe we can safely estimate the rally attendance at around 12,000.

Tea Party Patriots Are Fringe Radicals

...just not in the traditional-American sense. Historically, radicals in the United States have been the leftist extremists who bombed buildings, organized violent protests and plotted to undermine our Constitution. They were individuals like Saul Alinsky, Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers and Barack Hussein Obama who have characterized our founding as inherently unjust, and worked in the shadows to promote a redistributionist agenda designed to return this country's wealth to its rightful owners. But that was the old America.

Now, the Marxist, Maoists and anti-capitalist are in control, and they are working hard to redefine radicalism in the United States. These leftists will not base their definition on traditional-American values, because they do not share those values. They are globalists who despise the concept of American Exceptionalism, and feel that this country needs to be cut down to size.
