Health Care Bill Lawsuit!

Attorneys general from 13 states penned the top two Democrats in
Congress, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, last Wednesday requesting they remove extra Medicaid funds directed
toward Nebraska.
"We ask that Congress delete the Nebraska provision from the pending
legislation, as we prefer to avoid litigation," they wrote. "Because
this provision has serious implications for the country and the future
of our nation's legislative process, we urge you to take appropriate
steps to protect the Constitution and the rights of the citizens of our
nation."
On 1/1/10, in the ABQ Journal on page C2,
Phil Sisneros is quoted as saying the Attorney General, Gary King, will
contemplate joining with 13 other AGs across the country in a suit
challenging the health care bill. Please contact the New Mexico
Attorney General's office. Urge him to join the suit.
