Search superlatives "We have worked with Tyler & Company on a number of high-level searches. After 25-plus years in healthcare human resources, Tyler & Company is the best search firm I have worked with. On a search that may not be their expertise, they would refer me to another firm. Unfortunately, there are firms out there that take your money and then not produce; Tyler & Company does not do that. Also, Tyler & Company is willing to work with our schedule. If we have an opening, we need it filled "yesterday!" Tyler & Company has a good database; they network, and they maintain good relationships with candidates -- including those who may not have been the best candidate for another search. So they are never starting a search from scratch. We get calls from search firms all the time. If I needed to start a search tomorrow, I would call Tyler & Company."
