Dear Friend,
 I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Despite all the craziness in my life, I managed to spend some time with a group of friends - most of whom I met through Simplicity Décor. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to be able to meet so many wonderful people who become wonderful friends. If you're reading this newsletter, you are one of the reasons I'm still in business and still serving this community. Join Us During Kirkland's 'Days of Giving' This year our Annual Giving Project has expanded to include 15 other businesses in downtown Kirkland. We call it "Days of Giving." Every Tuesday and Wednesday in December, shop with us and other participating businesses and each business will donate 10-15% of purchases to three local nonprofits, including the Kirkland Teen Union Building (KTUB), Hopelink, and Meow Cat Rescue. Meet the Artists
 On Saturday, December 12 from Noon to 2pm, Simplicity Décor will be hosting 3 local artists. They will be Matt Ellison, inventor of the Gurgle Pot; Suzanne Kaufman author of the new book I Love Monkey; and Alison Thomas, creator of fun and colorful shopping bags in a variety of original styles.
